Head Youtek Speed Midplus Tennis Racquet, Available In Various Grip Sizes Overview

Head Youtek Speed Midplus (16 x 19) Tennis Racquet The YouTek Speed Midplus is the perfect combination of power and feel for heavy hitters with a long fast swing style. With a 100 sq. inch headsize and at a weight of 11.5 oz (strung), this racquet accommodates a wide range of players. The new d3o technology makes this one of the sweetest racquets on the market. The d3o allows you to have a soft touch on needed feel shots (ex: dropshot) but also stiffens the racquet when needing a little extra stability for hard hit balls. Ideally suited for players with aggressive, long strokes. Recommended for the 4.5+ NTRP level players. YOUTEK Technology: The Speed series is equipped with HEAD's new YOUTEK, which combines different technologies to allows the racquet to adapt to every shot you hit. d3o Technology: The d3o technology is able to sense the needs of the players during different strokes (it's able to adapt to you). on high-speed impacts (aggressive shots), the smart molecules lock together within nanoseconds and dramatically increase the stiffness of the whole racquet frame to provide maximum power. On slow-speed impacts (slice or drop shots), the d3o molecules absorb the impact to provide a softer touch for better feel. What does this mean to a tennis player? Passing shots are even harder and drop shots more precise, rewarding your spontaneity and supporting your courageous decisions.
